NoVa SynchroNoVa Synchro is the DC Metro region's artistic swimming team, welcoming athletes from Arlington, Alexandria, and Washington, DC. We offer both recreational and competitive programs for athletes aged 6 to 19 designed to develop artistic swimming, team and leadership skills. Mentoring is a big part of our program at NoVa Synchro and many of our coaches previously swam with the team. Each year our athletes compete in regional and national meets as well as enjoy team building social activities. |
