Olympian and Milwaukee native Alyson Dudek previews The Amazing Race

Feb. 25, 2015, 12:50 p.m. (ET)

Two days after the one-year anniversary of the closing ceremonies, Alyson Dudek is going to see herself debut on "The Amazing Race."

"This past year has gone by so incredibly fast. It's been a whirlwind," Dudek told "Sports Central" on Tuesday night.

The Olympic speed skater and Hales Corners native is on the hit reality show in its 26th season, which features five couples. The twist for this season is the five couples are split up.

Dudek is on the show with bronze medal-winning bobsledder Steven Langton, whom she has been dating after meeting at the Sochi games.

"One of the first things we started talking about was our mutual love for the show...and how we wanted to do it," Dudek said.

So how do you prepare for a show like that?
