2022 USS COACH OF THE YEAR AWARDS

Submit nominations to USS for the following coaches categories no later than October 13th at 12m MST.
All nominations must be submitted to mwohlrab@usspeedskating.org to be evaluated by the Coaching Task Force.
Fill out the appropriate form and include a head shot of the nominee.

NOTE: Nominations are only accepted for achievements from October 2021 - end of October 2022

Development Coach of the Year 2022 >>

A Developmental Coach of the Year nominee is coach of a youth club, high school or junior-level, or a coach directly responsible for coaching athletes to the junior and/or elite level. This award is based on accomplishments of the coach from October 2020 to October 2021. The nominee must currently be coaching or within their first year of retirement.

Volunteer Coach of the Year 2022 >>

A Volunteer Coach of the Year nominee is a coach who does not receive payment in any form for their involvement in coaching at any level.  This award is based on the accomplishments of the coach from October 2020 to October 2021.. The nominee must be actively coaching athletes or within their first year of retirement.  

Service Provider of the Year 2022 >>

The Service Provider of the Year nominee is an affiliated service provider such as strength and conditioning coach, physical therapist, sport psychologist, dietician or other that has made an impact in your NGB.
