USS WORKGROUPS

The committees, task forces and commissions of US Speedskating represent the backbone of our organization.  The various groups include members of the Board of Directors, volunteers, staff, officials, coaches, skaters (both active and retired), parents of skaters and individuals interested in the sport of speed skating.  Through their efforts, the work of the various groups helps the Board of Directors and staff deliver the best the sport has to offer drawing from the knowledge and expertise of each member in the area they represent.  All members of any committee, task force or must be members in good standing of US Speedskating, unless otherwise approved by the Board of Directors, and must be at least 18 years of age. More details about US Speedskating committees, task forces and commissions and their composition can be found in the US Speedskating By-Laws.
