This event will serve as qualifying event for selecting the US University Championship Team.

Entry Deadline:

November 29th at 5pm MT

Late entries accepted until December 5th  5pm MT. A $100 late entry fee charge will apply

 

Preliminary Schedule:

Friday: 500m women & men, 2x 10L Mass Start

Saturday: 1000m women & men, 3000m women & junior C men, 5000m men

Sunday: 1500m women & men, Team Pursuit women (6L) & men (8L)

 

Coaches Meeting and Draw:

Friday at noon at the John Rose Oval

In-Person meeting will be held at the Fireplace Room

 

Official Training:

Official Training is available complimentary

Thursday, December 8th  from 3:45pm to 5:15pm for registered participants ONLY

Thursday, December 8th from 7:15pm to 8:30pm open to everyone

Friday morning practice will be available at a cost TBD

COVID-19 Protocol:

USS currently does not have any COVID entry protocols for USS events. We ask athletes and coaches to monitor themselves for any potential symptoms in the 14 days prior to start of event. 

All participants who are experiencing signs or symptoms of COVID-19 should not travel to the venue and should immediately go to a healthcare facility for evaluation. 

USS will continuously monitor any developments and if needed implement appropriate protocols. By registering for this event all participants agree to follow the USS COVID-19 protocols in place. 

 

 

 

Eligibility:

·      Current USS member in good standing

·      International athletes who are a  member of a foreign NGB

·      To compete in AmCup 2 in any other event than the 500m you must have a “D1” (seniors or a “D2” (juniors & masters) time standard in any distance

*times have to be achieved between July 1, 2021 and entry deadline in a USS, ISU  or other NGB sanctioned race
