The USS ADM Webinar Series features a total of 10 webinars related to long term athlete development. 
The seminars are open to all USS members - coaches, parents and athletes

Here are the remaining five seminars

October 1st - Making Practice Resemble Racing
Join Program Directors, Matt Kooreman and Andrea DoDuc, for a discussion on how to best prepare for race day and how to integrate training aspects geared towards race day.

October 15th - Taking Ownership of Your Career
4th grade teacher, former speed skater and USS Level 2 Coach, Sarah Krueger, shared her best practice on how to teach your athletes to be responsible and accountable for their own choices

November 12th - Active Contributor Opportunities
USS is providing information on various volunteer official positions. Joined by Dan Immerfall, Dan Fiorenza Jr and Melissa Koenig, who all will share their path into officiating will give you first hand insight in different positions and the joy it brings to their life.

February 17th - Age Appropriate Programming
USS Talent Development Coordinator, Chris Needham, will discuss the pros of age appropriate programming and present samples of other sports to show how it can improve recruitment and retention rates.

March 17th - Multi-Sport Participation
 Elaborating on the advantages of a multi-sport athlete development and how it can affect the outcome of a sporting career
