Ravi Drugan finished in the top-10 in his first race at the world cup in Prato Nevoso, Italy.
Prato Nevoso, Italy, marks the second stop of the 2019-2020 alpine world cup season. Slalom takes center stage on all three days of competition, which runs from Jan. 15 - 17. Team USA looks to build on the previous world cup in Veysonnaz, where Laurie Stephens (Wenham, Massachusetts) earned five medals, including two golds.
Team USA athletes competing include: Andrew Haraghey (Enfield, Connecticut), Connor Hogan (Foxborough, Massachusetts), Ravi Drugan (Eugene, Oregon), and Thomas Walsh (Vail, Colorado).
This is the second of six stops on the world cup circuit, with the finals culminating in Are, Sweden, in April.
