Paralympian Alana Nichols and boyfriend Roy Tuscany announced on Instagram they are expecting.

Forget about trying to find Alana Nichols the perfect birthday present, she’s already got the perfect one.

The five-time Paralympian announced her pregnancy on Instagram on Thursday, which just so happened to be the three-sport athlete’s 36th birthday.

Nichols shared a photo of her and boyfriend Roy Tuscany, saying, “Roy and I are BEYOND excited to share that we have a little babe brewing strong in my belly!!! A big surprise due in July!

“…Thank you from the bottom of my little baby bump for all the #LOVE and making this the best birthday EVER.”

The little one will no doubt take to the slopes as soon as he or she can walk. Not only is Nichols a two-time alpine skiing gold medalist, Tuscany is also a Para skier who founded the High Fives Foundation to raise injury prevention awareness after sustaining a spinal cord injury in 2006.

Nichols is just at home on the basketball court, as her first Paralympic medal came on the gold-medal-winning U.S. women’s wheelchair basketball team at the Paralympic Games Beijing 2008. Nichols had experimented with skiing earlier in life, but chose to focus on basketball. It wasn’t until she was nearly 27 that she made her Paralympic Winter Games debut in Vancouver in 2010. She brought home four medals, including gold in downhill and giant slalom. Nichols added another downhill medal with a silver in Sochi before competing in the debut of paracanoe at the Paralympic Games Rio 2016.

She is the first U.S. female Paralympian to win both summer and winter gold.
