Two Fourth-Place Finishes On Final Day
Joe Berenyi (Oswego, Illinois) notched two fourth place finishes on the final day of competition. Berenyi finished just shy of the podium in the men's C1-3 scratch race and he joined with Jason Kimball (Charlotte, North Carolina) and Justin Widhalm (Colorado Springs, Coloardo) to place fourth in the mixed team sprint.

Saturday, March 24

Double-podium Day for Team USA Women
Shawn Morelli (Saegertown, Pennsylvania) kept her winning streak alive as she claimed her fourth consecutive international title in the women's C4 3-kilometer pursuit. Morelli's win give her nine world championship podiums, with seven of them gold. Samantha Bosco also found the podium in the women's C5 pursuit. Bosco repeated her Rio result as she finished third to grab the fourth world championship podium of her career.

Friday, March 23

Berenyi Golden In Time Trial
Joe Berenyi (Oswego, Illinois) won his fourth-consecutive world title in the men's C3 1-kilometer time trial. Berenyi won the eighth rainbow jersey of his career in 1:09.831 seconds.
Jamie Whitmore (Somerset, California) joined Berenyi on the podium for the second day as she finished third in the WC3 500-meter time trial in 43.506 seconds. It was a double-medal day for Whitmore as she also rode to bronze in the women's C1-2-3 scratch race.

Thursday, March 22

Team USA Brings Home Trio Of Bronze Medals
Jacob Waters (Ragley, Louisiana) grabbed bronze in his world championship debut for Team USA. Waters blasted through the  men’s C4 1-kilometer time trial in a time of 1:08.739 to clinch his podium spot. Jamie Whitmore (Somerset, California) won the 16th world championship medal of her career as she placed third in the women’s C3 3km individual pursuit. Joe Berenyi (Oswego, Illinois) claimed his 11th career world championship podium as he placed third in the men’s C3 3km individual pursuit.
