U.S. Teams Sweep Relay Podium at World Winter Masters Games

Plenty of red, white and blue on the women's 50+ relay podium

SEEFELD, Austria (Jan. 18, 2020)
-- U.S. teams swept the podium on Friday in the women's 50+ relay at the World Winter Masters Games in Austria. The gold medal went to the Auburn Ski Club team of Kim Harris, Jen Lang-Ree and Elizabeth "Buff" Wendt. Taking the silver was the team of Martha Bellisle, Lorene Samoska and Julia Collins, while the bronze went to Bryn Black, Sabine Arnold and Elizabeth Pike.

U.S. masters biathletes took in two more medals in Thursday's sprint in. Bellisle, of the Washington Biathlon Association, won silver in the women's 60 age group and Dave Cleveland (Colorado Biathlon Club) earned a bronze in the men's 55 group.
