Steven Holcomb is one of the most successful bobsled drivers in U.S. history, with 38 World Cup medals to his name.  Holcomb competed at the Torino 2006 Olympic Winter Games, where he finished 6th in four-man, and the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games, where he earned the United States its first Olympic gold medal in four-man bobsled since 1948.  He earned four-man world championship gold in 2009 and in 2012 became the first U.S. pilot to sweep the two-man and four-man world championship races.
