Artistic Swimming for Athletes with Disabilities (Artistic Swim AWD)

Promote the sport of artistic swimming amongst our youth and adults with disabilities and special needs. To globally expand artistic swimming to the disabled population and introduce the enrichment, athleticism and therapeutic value that artistic swimming can bring to the lives of many. We offer competitive and recreational training with opportunities to participate in local, state, national and international competitions and exhibitions.

The Auburn University adapted sports program is a collaborative effort by the Office of Accessibility and School of Kinesiology. Our mission is to offer equal recreation and athletic opportunities to students, faculty, and staff with disabilities at Auburn University while promoting health, wellness, and disability awareness to all. Austin Blades Sled Hockey

Promotes physical fitness, self-confidence, family values, and a positive team-building atmosphere that will encourage personal growth throughout all aspects of life. Our program has an adult competitive sled hockey team and we are in the process of starting up a full kids sled hockey team here in Austin. The future of sled hockey is with the kids.

Baltimore Adapted Recreation and Sports, Inc. (BARS)

Baltimore Adapted Recreation and Spots (BARS) provides year round adapted sports programs for individuals of all ages with disabilities and their families. All adapted equipment is provided while participating in programs to maximize success and independence. Programs take place in various locations throughout the state of Maryland.. BARS also operates the adapted skiing program out of Ski Roundtop in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania.

Bart J Ruggiere Adaptive Sports Center

The Bart center offers sports to anyone that has a disability. Our mission at The Bart J. Ruggiere Adaptive Sports Center provides people with disabilities and their families the opportunity to enjoy outdoor sports, with a special focus on snowsports. During the summer we offer cycling, paddling and hiking. Our Motto is that the only limits that anyone has are the limits that they set themselves. This is something that we strive for each and everyday. The Bart Center and the Bromley Outing club are working together to form an adaptive race team in southern Vermont.
