Club Description
The New York Association for Blind Athletes (NYABA) was formed as a result of the International Games for the Disabled (now called the Paralympics). These Games were played in 1984 on Long Island N.Y. NYABA became an affiliated chapter of the United States Association of Blind Athletes (USABA) in 1985. Our organization provides to both the blind and visually impaired, athletic support at the local, state, national and international level of competition in sports (track & field, goalball, wrestling, judo & swimming.)Primary Contact
