The U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team played Russia in preliminary Group A play on Feb. 15, 2014, at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games. The game marked the first Olympic meeting of the two teams since 2006. Team USA ultimately won the game, 3-2, which ended in a shootout starring T.J. Oshie.
