Tim Morehouse is a 2008 Olympic silver medalist fencer.

Elana Meyers is a 2010 Olympic bronze medalist bobsledder and Nic Taylor is a bobsled national team member and Olympic hopeful, and together they are a power couple for Team USA.

I caught up with them at the U.S. Olympic Committee’s Health and Fitness Media Experience at 24 Hour Fitness in New York City, where Sochi 2014 hopefuls and the Team USA high performance team shared insights on training. While there were many training secrets revealed at the fitness experience, Elana and Nic have their own secret weapon: each other. 

And if they have their way they will be winning gold medals at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games before heading down the aisle.
