By United States Olympic Committee | Dec. 09, 2013, 1:30 p.m. (ET)

Team USA racked up the medals this weekend! Ted Ligety and Bode Miller finished 1-2 at the world cup giant slalom race at Beaver Creek while Steven Holcomb won gold in two-man and four-man bobsled at the world cup in Park City, Utah. For the first time ever, the U.S. women’s bobsled teams swept the podium with a 1-2-2 finish, one day after Elana Meyers and Aja Evans won their first gold medal. Noelle Pikus-Pace grabbed gold in women’s skeleton at the world cup while also breaking the Park City track record. Meryl Davis and Charlie White broke three world records en route to their fifth ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final title. Speedskater Joey Mantia earned his first ever world cup gold medal at 1,500 meters, and Heather Richardson and Brittany Bowe continued their dominance at 1,000 meters with another 1-2 finish.

There was plenty of chatter about the results among Team USA on social media.
