Ashlyn Harris and Ali Krieger, also known as soccer power couple “Krashlyn,” didn’t let 2019 slip by without one last major milestone.

The two U.S. women’s national team stars and FIFA Women’s World Cup champions tied the knot on Saturday at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in Miami in front of family, friends and teammates in a highly-anticipated ceremony and celebration that had fans abuzz on social media.

Guests included fellow current and former women’s national team stars in Megan Rapinoe, Alex Morgan, Sydney Leroux Dwyer, Abby Wambach, Heather O’Reilly, Lori Lindsey, Allie Long, plus four-time Olympic basketball gold medalist Sue Bird (Rapinoe’s girlfriend) and Brazilian soccer superstar Marta.

Although details were scarce throughout the afternoon, Ali’s brother Kyle Krieger did his best to keep fans in the loop, tweeting pictures and videos from the ceremony site as well as setting the scene.

“When they saw each other for the first time I was in tears. This is gonna be a mess,” he said. He also posted a picture of himself and his sister right after the ceremony, showing the happy bride in her dress.

Earlier in the day Harris posted a photo from the rehearsal of the two both dressed in all white and wearing blazers, Krieger in a pantsuit and Harris in a blouse and skirt, with the message, “It’s time baby... I’ve been waiting 10 years for this moment” and the hashtag #HomeHasAlwaysBeenWithYou. Krieger posted a video, in which teammate Rapinoe can been seen seated next to Harris, of the rehearsal celebration at the seaside restaurant Seaspice with the caption, “Thank you @seaspicemia for an incredible family dinner and experience! We’re so grateful!”

The couple has been together over 10 years and announced their engagement back in March. Harris proposed six months before they shared the news with the world, however, popping the question while the two were on vacation in Florida.
