19 Snapshots From Wrestling World Championships In Budapest

The 2018 Senior Wrestling World Championships came to a close on Sunday after nine outstanding days of competition in Budapest, Hungary. Team USA had a record-setting year at worlds, earning 12 medals, the most for USA Wrestling in a single year. The team ended its run with four gold medals, three silvers and five bronzes, and medaled in all three disciplines. 

Wrestling superstars Adeline Gray, J'den Cox, Kyle Dake and David Taylor were among the gold medalists in Budapest. Gray won her fourth world title, and is now tied for most among U.S. women in history. Cox, Dake and Taylor each earned their first world titles at the event. Adam Coon secured the country's first Greco-Roman world medal since 2015 and best result since 2009.
