The most decorated woman in track and field history, Allyson Felix, turned 33 on Sunday, Nov. 18.
Felix is a nine-time Olympic medalist (six golds, three silvers), which makes her the most decorated female track and field Olympian of any nation. She also has 16 world championship medals, which is two more than Jamaica's Usain Bolt and Merlene Ottey for the most by any track athlete. Ten of those world championship medals are gold.
Felix has been winning Olympic medals since 2004 and world medals since 2005 and she's not done yet. In 2017, she won world bronze in the 400-meter, as well as two relay golds, and she plans to make a splash at the 2019 world championships and the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.
