Team USA athletes do a lot in a week. In case you missed any of it, here's a glimpse at our takeaways from the last seven days.

1. Tokyo 2020 will be here before you know it, so we broke down everything you need to know about golf qualification.

2. We might finally have a cure for the fact we can’t get enough of Shaun White. He plans to pursue his dream of skateboarding in the Olympic Summer Games.

16. Gymnast Laura Zeng has a few unique superstitions, but hey, they get the job done. This weekend marked her fourth straight U.S. rhythmic all-around championship.

17. After a five-year break, Savannah Thompson showed no rust on the trampoline at U.S. Championships this weekend. 

18. In its inaugural season, the FIVB Volleyball Nations League is proving to be a home away from home for Team USA. The men took home the bronze this weekend following the women’s gold last week.
