The U.S. Women’s National Field Hockey Team emerged from its first two matches against Chile this week with a win and a tie.

The final two games are Friday and Saturday at Spooky Nook Sports in Manheim, Pennsylvania. The third game is set for 6:30 p.m. ET Friday, followed by Game 4 at the same time Saturday.

Jill (Witmer) Funk, a 2016 Olympian, and Erin Matson each scored two goals Wednesday in a 6-0 win. Taylor West’s goal in the opening match on Monday pulled the U.S. into a 2-2 tie.

“Our ability to continually do the hard work created great opportunities for us and put us in advantageous positions,” said team captain Melissa Gonzalez after Wednesday’s shutout win. “Our strength is unit play both defensively and offensively. Tonight, we raised the bar from Game 1.”

Gonzalez scored one of the goals in Wednesday’s match.
