Each month, the United States Olympic Committee celebrates the outstanding achievements of Team USA athletes through the Team USA Awards presented by Dow. The USOC announced today the five nominees in the female and male categories, and three nominees in the team category. Check out the list below to vote for your favorite performances from the month of December.

Erin Hamlin (luge)
Earned her third and fourth career world cup gold medals, propelling her to third place in the season-long world cup standings. Click here to vote for Hamlin.
Lee Kiefer (fencing)
Became only the second U.S. women’s foil fencer to earn a Grand Prix title – and the first to reach a No. 2 world ranking – by defeating two top-five opponents en route to winning her first Grand Prix gold medal. Click here to vote for Kiefer.
Chloe Kim (snowboarding)
Extended her unbeaten streak to seven straight (six halfpipe and one slopestyle) with a score of 95.50 at the U.S. Grand Prix halfpipe event in Copper Mountain, Colorado. Click here to vote for Kim.
Oksana Masters (Paralympic Nordic skiing)
Earned four gold medals and one silver at the opening IPC Nordic Skiing World Cup, placing herself at the top of the cross-country standings and second in the biathlon rankings for the women’s sitting class. Click here to vote for Masters.
Mikaela Shiffrin (alpine skiing)
Won a pair of FIS World Cup giant slalom events and posted a come-from-behind victory to extend her winning streak to 12 straight in world cup slalom races. Click here to vote for Shiffrin.
Male:
Matt Antoine (skeleton)
Collected a pair of medals in world cup competition, highlighted by a silver medal in Lake Placid, New York – his best finish yet of the 2016-17 season. Click here to vote for Antoine.
Nathan Chen (figure skating)
Became the first American man to earn a Grand Prix Final medal since 2009, taking silver with the top free skate of the event for a total of 282.85 points. Click here to vote for Chen.
Joey Mantia (long track speedskating)
Earned two ISU World Cup medals, winning his first gold in mass start and adding a bronze in the 1,500-meter, to maintain top-three rankings in each event. Click here to vote for Mantia.
Thomas Walsh (Paralympic alpine skiing)
Claimed five podium finishes – including a pair of silver medals – in IPC World Cup action, while positioning himself at the top of the men’s standing giant slalom rankings. Click here to vote for Walsh
Tucker West (luge)
Won back-to-back gold medals at FIL World Cup events in Lake Placid, New York, and Whistler, British Columbia, to maintain a top-10 overall world cup ranking. Click here to vote for West.
Team:
Maia and Alex Shibutani (figure skating)
Claimed their first Grand Prix Final medal, a bronze, while earning personal-best marks for overall (189.60) and short dance (77.97) – the second-highest score of the event. Click here to vote for Alex and Maia.
Matt Mortensen and Jayson Terdiman (luge)

U.S. National Team (sled hockey)
