April 20, 2017, 12:25 p.m. (ET)

April 20 is National Look Alike Day, and what better way to celebrate than taking a look at some of Team USA's celebrity doppelgangers? Among them are actors, singers and even some fellow U.S. athletes.

Download the Team USA app today for breaking news, Olympic and Paralympic team bios, videos and more.

Nathan Adrian (swimming) and Calum Hood

Adrian has eight Olympic medals, five of them gold, and made his first major splash at the London 2012 Olympic Games. Also in 2012 is when Calum Hood rose to fame as the bassist and vocalist of the band 5 Seconds of Summer.

Jamie Anderson (snowboarding) and Malin Akerman

Jamie Anderson made history at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games, earning the first-ever gold medal in women's slopestyle snowboarding. If you think you see her on the TV show "Billions," think twice: it's actually her celebrity look-alike Malin Akerman.

Tony Azevedo (water polo) and Steve Zahn

Before retiring earlier this year, Tony Azevedo was been one of the pillars of the U.S. men's water polo team for more than 15 years, winning Olympic silverin 2008. Zahn prefers acting to life in the pool and is known for his work in "Dallas Buyers Club," "Joy Ride" and "Sahara."

David Boudia (diving) and Jared Leto

David Boudia, four-time Olympic diving medalist, is a dead ringer for Jared Leto, the lead singer for 30 Seconds to Mars who portrayed the Joker in "Suicide Squad."

Maya DiRado (swimming) and Tobin Heath (soccer)

What are the odds of having doppelgangers on the same Olympic team? DiRado dazzled in her Olympic debut in Rio, winning four medals in the pool. Heath has competed on three Olympic teams, winning two gold medals, and won the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup.

Brady Ellison (archery) and Leonardo DiCaprio

These two were the talk of the town during Rio! While three-time Olympian Brady Ellison was right on target for individual bronze, people started noticing that he looked awfully similar to a certain Oscar-winning actor.

Michael Hixon (diving) and Zac Efron

Michael Hixon won silver in 3-meter synchro diving at his Olympic debut in Rio but made almost as many headlines because of his Zac Efron-like looks. The two even got to meet in Rio, with Efron tweeting a picture of them together with the caption, "my brotha from anotha."

Kaleo Kanahele (sitting volleyball) and Auli'i Cravalho

Kaleo Kanahele had quite the year in 2016 as part of the U.S. women's sitting volleyball team that earned its first-ever gold medal at the Paralympic Games. 2016 was equally as kind to Auli'i Cravalho, who starred in the hit movie "Moana" as the title character.

Madison Keys (tennis) and Stacey Dash

If rising tennis star Madison Keys looks a bit familiar, it might be because she could pass for "Clueless" actress Stacey Dash.

Hilary Knight (ice hockey) and Ashley Greene

Hilary Knight is one of the best hockey players in the world, while doppelganger Ashley Greene made her mark starring in the "Twilight" movies as Alice Cullen.

Madison Kocian (gymnastics) and Emily Osment

Emily Osment stars in the TV show "Young & Hungry," while Kocian is young and hungry as a gymnast, winning gold and silver in Rio.

Stephen Lambdin (taekwondo) and Jonathan Lucroy (baseball)

Stephen Lambdin made his Olympic debut in Rio and looks uncannily similar to fellow Team USA athlete Jonathan Lucroy. Lucroy was behind the plate for the U.S. at the World Baseball Classic, helping Team USA to its first-ever WBC title.

Jessica Long (Paralympic swimming) and Hayden Panettiere

It doesn't get much more golden than Jessica Long, who owns 23 Paralympic medals. Hayden Panettiere has some shine of her own, known for her roles on the hit TV shows "Heroes" and "Nashville."

Amanda McGrory (Paralympic track and field) and Anna Kendrick

Amanda McGrory is a three-time Paralympian and just placed second at the Boston Marathon, while Anna Kendrick is known for her performances in movies "Up In The Air," "Pitch Perfect" and more.

Katie Meili (swimming) and Natalie Portman

Both Katie Meili and Natalie Portman were in the headlines in 2016: Meili for winning gold and bronze in Rio, and Portman for her starring role in the movie "Jackie."

Matt Miller (rowing) and Jesse Tyler Ferguson

You have to love those ginger beards! Matt Miller made his Olympic debut in Rio as a member of the men's four rowing squad, while Jesse Tyler Ferguson is best known for his performance on "Modern Family."

Alex Morgan (soccer) and Allison Williams

Who run the world? Girls. Alex Morgan is an Olympic gold medalist and 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup champion, while Allison Williams stars as Marnie Michaels on "Girls."

Matt Scott (wheelchair basketball) and will.i.am

It doesn't get much cooler than these look-alikes. Matt Scott is a four-time Paralympian who won gold in Rio, and will.i.am is one of the founders of the award-winning group The Black Eyed Peas.

Lexi Thompson (golf) and Taylor Schilling

Orange is the new... gold? Lexi Thompson is a rising golf star who made her Olympic debut in Rio. Her celebrity twin Taylor Schilling stars as Piper Chapman on "Orange Is the New Black."

Bubba Watson (golf) and Jason Schwartzman

Bubba Watson is one of Team USA's top golfers, while Jason Schwartzman is an actor, screenwriter and musician known for his work on "Fantastic Mr. Fox" and "The Grand Budapest Hotel."
