Each week, TeamUSA.org recaps the performances of U.S. athletes through photos, showing where in the world Team USA athletes competed and how they performed. In the week of Sept. 12-18, Team USA rounded out its 12 days of impressive performances at Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, winning 115 medals in total. Gwen Jorgensen won silver in the World Triathlon Grand Final, beach volleyball players John Hyden and Tri Bourne won bronze in the FIVB World Tour Finals, and the U.S. women's national soccer team beat Thailand in a friendly that marked Heather O'Reilly's final game. Relive Team USA's best moments of the week through these 16 photos.
