Jordan Burroughs surrounds himself with goal-oriented, competitive individuals. He calls it his "mastermind circle," and says it helps him stay motivated and focused. Burroughs feeds off his peers' success, saying that once he sees someone accomplish a goal, he begins to believe he can accomplish the same thing. And he doesn't stop until he's done just that.
