Beginning in the 1990s, USRowing's Olympic hopefuls came to Princeton, New Jersey to further their Olympic dreams. What they found was a community that offered them the flexibility and support they needed, both on and off the water, to be successful. World champion coxswain Katelin Snyder and Olympian Henrik Rummel discuss what makes their Princeton home base so beneficial.
