U.S. Olympic Training Center Media Day

WHAT
Learn first-hand how to eat, think and train like an Olympic and Paralympic athlete, and gain key takeaways from USOC sport performance professionals in nutrition, physiology, psychology, sports medicine, strength and conditioning, and technology at the OTC Media Day. Media members will be given a behind-the-scenes look at the Ted Stevens Sports Services Center and led through a series of stations that will visually demonstrate how the USOC is helping Team USA gain a competitive edge in preparation  for the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
