Directions
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Add quinoa and reduce heat to a simmer.
- Let cook for about 15 minutes or until all of the water is absorbed.
- Stir in lime juice, zest, and sweetener of choice.
- Add mixed berries and any additional add-ins.
