Autumn Apple Salad



Ingredients

  • 5 medium chopped apples
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1⁄2 cup raw peanut butter
  • 2 cup chopped celery
  • 1⁄4 cup Hershey’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 1⁄4 cup raisins
  • 1⁄4 cup dried blueberries
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  • Microwave peanut butter for 15 seconds if it was stored in the refrigerator. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and lemon juice together and set it aside.
  • Chop apples and celery.
  • Add half the chopped apples and begin the mixing process. Add the remaining apples and celery and continue mixing.
  • Add raisins, dried blueberries, almonds and cocoa nibs.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Add cinnamon.
  • Continue mixing until somewhat homogeneous.
