"Cooking With Team USA” goes into the kitchen with Olympians and Paralympians, giving you the inside scoop on how to prepare meals delicious enough for elite athletes. From mouth-watering entrees to simple snacks (and even some cheat meals), each recipe is easy to make and packed with flavor.

Leading Team USA in the kitchen for Season 2 is chef, restauranteur and television personality Richard Blais. A recurring judge on Bravo’s "Top Chef" and the winner of "Top Chef All-Stars," Blais currently owns and operates Trail Blais and is a partner at the popular Juniper & Ivy and Crack Shack restaurants in San Diego.
