Cooking With Team USA

Food is just as important to an athlete’s success as a proper training program. Team USA athletes fuel their bodies with meals that are both healthy and delicious, and now you can have the opportunity to cook (and eat!) along with them, all while getting to know them off the field of play.

"Cooking With Team USA” goes into the kitchen with Olympians and Paralympians, giving you the inside scoop on how to prepare meals delicious enough for elite athletes. From mouth-watering entrees to simple snacks (and even some cheat meals), each recipe is easy to make and packed with flavor.

Leading Team USA in the kitchen for Season 2 is chef, restauranteur and television personality Richard Blais. A recurring judge on Bravo’s "Top Chef" and the winner of "Top Chef All-Stars," Blais currently owns and operates Trail Blais and is a partner at the popular Juniper & Ivy and Crack Shack restaurants in San Diego.

Follow along at TeamUSA.org/Cooking as Blais shows Team USA athletes a trick or two in the kitchen and they show him what it takes to become an Olympian.
