Are you looking to gain the tools you need to be an effective and impactful leader? Management Essentials is an intensive two-week program that helps Team USA athletes maximize their impacts as leaders alongside employees from the USOPC, NGBs, and LA28.

The program is for participants looking to learn more about themselves as holistic leaders, gain key tools for driving meaningful change and make plans to apply their skills to advance the Movement forward. Session topics include organizational behavior, using data to advocate for decisions, managing a budget, business communication, marketing, and design thinking.

OUTCOMES
Participants will build a deep understanding of how to effectively work with and manage others in the context of an organization and will improve their own leadership capabilities, in order to make a lasting impact on the Movement.
 
TIME COMMITMENT AND FORMAT
This program is a live, virtual experience with Tuck and Dartmouth faculty. It will take place May 1 – 11, 2023 (Monday through Thursday) from 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. MT each day. Participants are expected to join from a place where they can engage fully, including use of video and audio on Zoom. In total, you will be asked to participate in 35 hours of classroom time and approximately four hours of preparation time.
