From the nominator:

Cherish is a very smart and talented 16 year old. She has been skating roller derby for several years now and this is her first season playing USARS rules. She works hard on and off the court. She set a new personal record on her MSR 27 laps in 4 min18 seconds a 20 second improvement. She also works hard in the class room. She competes on a school robotics team that went to the state level competition this year. She also is active on her local chess club. She brings added strategic play to the roller derby track. Cherish is an amazing kid and should be the July spot light athlete for USARS roller derby.
