GOAL HIGHLIGHTS

Life Goals: No matter where I go in life, I hope that I’m always going. I love to travel, so even though eventually (way eventually) I would like to be settled down, I want to see everything that I can see along the way.

Career goals: Generally by the time you are a senior in college, you know what you want to do with your life. Well, I guess I missed that train... I do know, however, that I am passionate about graphic design, and eventually will end up doing something that I love.

Future goals you hope to obtain as a Skater: Getting a medal at worlds would have to be my ultimate goal, but there are several other small goals I must first meet along the way.

FAVORITES SPOTLIGHT

Favorite sports figure: Oh my goodness… There are so many!

Favorite food before a competition: Pasta! Pasta! Pasta! With a side of pasta…

Favorite movie: Drop Dead Fred

Favorite place to shop: Dick’s Sporting Goods

Favorite music to listen to during training or competition: Music that makes me dance, and almost forget about everything else.

Favorite possession: Other than my skates? Definitely George: my Build-a-Bear, boxer-wearing monkey. He’s kind of my good luck charm.

Favorite hobbies: Crafting, reading, and catching up with friends.

If you could pick one word to describe you, what would it be: Happy.

What makes you a unique and special person: People sometimes wonder how I can be so enthusiastic all the time. I try to find something enjoyable in everyday, and lately I’ve always had something to look forward to. The future is bright, and I can’t wait to see what it holds.

Who is the person you most admire/greatest influence in your life and why: My coach Ted Hall – hands down. He has taught me more about skating, working, people, and life than I ever could have hoped for. Most importantly, he taught me to never forget where I came from.
