At the end of any race, the goal is to shave off a few more seconds and pass a few more people.  In Pentathlon's combined event, it can mean the difference between making a final and watching from the sidelines.

When you see professional runners finishing a race, the winners faces are often relaxed, while those behind them are clenched.  Each athlete feels a similar amount of fatigue, but how they respond to it differs.  What's the best way to shift to that next gear and perfect a finishing kick?  Here's Harry Greene with some tips to run fast and win.
