Nathan Schrimsher Wins Fencing Event at World Championship

Nathan Schrimsher got off to a slow start in the first few bouts during the fencing event in the men’s semi-final round at the Pentathlon World Championships in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, then with the Typhoon battering outside, Nathan gained strength and reigned destruction on his opponents to win his group.

The men’s semi-final will continue with the rest of the events tomorrow and the women will conclude their semi-finals with the combined event.

In group A fencing action, Dennis Bowsher went 10 wins and 15 defeats and Will Brady had 7 wins and 18 defeats. In group C, Logan Storie had 8 fencing wins and 18 defeats.
