Train like a USA Curling High Performance Program (HPP) athlete!
In an effort to promote competitive success, USA Curling Sport Education has collected and developed training resources for HPP program athletes focused on five core factors or elements. Element 1, physical skills, focuses on obtaining a level of physical fitness necessary to sustain competitive success throughout the duration of a bonspiel or championship. Additional resources focused on Element 3, tactical skills, have been developed by various members of the United States Curling Association.
