My address has changed, who do I need to notify so my next issue of the Curling News goes to the correct address?
You can update your address and other information yourself in the online USA Curling Membership Database found at http://www.association-data.com/. You will need to create a user account when visiting the database for the first time. If you are unable to create an account, it may because your club did not have your name on their membership roster. For assistance, call the national office at (888) 287-5377 or send an email to email@example.com. Please provide both your previous address and new address, along with any other information that needs to be updated.
Our club wants to do background checks on people volunteering to help with our junior program. Does the USCA offer reduced rates for clubs?
Yes! Clubs can take advantage of USCA’s reduced rate with the National Center for Safety Initiatives (NCSI). More information is available here.
How can I find out if my club is a member club of the USCA?
Check out the current version of the USCA Media Guide and Directory here. Member clubs are listed in the Directory in the back of the book. If your club is not listed, call the national office at (888) 287-5377 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
I’d like to nominate someone to the USCA Hall of Fame. What should I do?
I have tried to login on the USCA member site and never seem to be able to do it. Do you have any suggestions?
If you are attempting to update your contact information but are experiencing difficulty, call the national office at (888) 287-5377 or send an email to email@example.com. Please remember when entering the minimum of three data items in Step 3 of the login process, to use simple entries such as “Maple” vs. “Maple St.” If you call or email the office for assistance, please provide both your previous address and new address, along with any other information that needs to be updated.
If it is your Sports Signup account that you are attempting to login to, click on the following link: http://www.sportssignup.com/United-States-Curling-Association-Online-Registration.start.
