The United States was represented by four athletes, three female and one male, at the London 2012 Paralympic Games. Jonathan Wentz, who passed away shortly after his performance at the Games, was the highest American finisher with a fourth place showing.

The 2016 U.S. Paralympic Equestrian Team will be announced in 2016. The team will be determined based on selection procedures developed by the U.S. Equestrian Federation, the National Governing Body for the sport of archery in the United States, and approved by the United States Olympic Committee.
