with all the restruants, eateries, ****ht clubs to go with a lakefront amusement park called navy pier.this city has much more than those other three.the casinos, public(train,bus,trolley cars) transportation that goes and lets rightoff at the venues this makes chicago very convient with less walking to the events.it must be know that mass/public transit in chicago goes far outside cook county.it is not just the cta.it's the metra, pace,south and bend railway.with 2 major airports and hotel rooms that are in the 40,000 range and growing because of trump international which are in the downtown range where most of the events will take place what more confort can you get.typing of hotels i did not include the number of rooms when you put in the rest of the chicago area(cook, lake, dupage counties and nw indiana) where public transportation is aceessilbe.that puts the amount of rooms in the 300,000 range.so there's rooms for everybody from around the world!what needs to also be mentioned is the shopping all over michigan avenue from water tower place on michigan av. to the south loop.now that's a strech of 4 miles.do those other 3 leading cities have that or do they come close?a multicutral environment is very big to hosting and world event and chicago tops that list.this is a city that speaks close to 90 different languages and has up to 40 different cultures.if you like known musuems chicago has that all over the lake front along with a known zoo which is lincoln park located on the lakefront.if you are a marine lover sheed aquirum is there too on the lakefront.what makes the city a perfect fit in hosting the olympics is lake michigan which is like a sea but freshwater not salt.it's like swimming in an pool.that makes events like rowing, yatching and the heptaplion (don't know how the spell the word) more atractable!put that in with the downtown reatruants and eateries viwers with have short walks to watch the contest and dine after the contest.when you host a world event you half to have deck acomodations.chicago has very devine qualties.the city is easy to get around in which you will never get lost if you are a visitor.the street sings are numbers are english names.they are very easy to understand even if you cannot read english.the names of streets range from 0w-9000w, 0 n-7700n,0s-14000s, and from 0e-4100e.it's like reading a map.so getting from place to place is very easy in chicago without asking anyone.security is very strong and high trained from the 12,000 chicago police officers to the us army and the secert service teams.chicago is a city that will make the olympic rings sparkle on their own! |
