Hiring Process

We are dedicated to recruit and retain a highly qualified and diverse staff to accomplish the goals of the U.S. Olympic Committee.  Below is an overview and what you can expect as a candidate:

  • You can search & apply available jobs via our website.
  • After your resume has been received, HR will conduct resume screening and work with the hiring manager to schedule interviews.
  • You will be notified if you are selected for an interview. If you are not selected you will be contacted via email.
  • Candidates selected for an interview may first be asked to complete a telephone interview.
  • To complete the hiring process and to further narrow the candidate pool, candidates will be asked to complete an application, register for a background check and reference checks will be completed.
