The proceeds from your personalized New York license plate will be used to support the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid. The U.S. Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, N.Y. opened in November of 1982, while the present facility opened in 1989. The purpose of the training center is to assist athletes in a variety of Olympic sports. The center also provides assistance to a number of affiliated sports organizations and disabled sports organizations.
Cost
The cost is $43.75 for the initial purchase, plus normal registration fees, and a $15.00 annual renewal fee.
