James L. Easton
James L. Easton - USOC Board Member, International Olympic Committee Member
James L. Easton is honorary president of the International Archery Federation (FITA) and was named to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) in 1994. He is currently a member of the IOC’s Nominations and Marketing Commissions.
Easton is chairman and CEO of the leading archery equipment company, Jas. D. Easton, Inc., owner of Easton Technical Products and Hoyt Archery. He is chairman of Easton-Bell Sports, LLC and past owner and chairman of Easton Sports, Inc.
A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Easton is a member of the board of visitors of the Anderson School at UCLA, a member of the board of directors of the National Archery Association Foundation and serves on the board of directors of the LA84 Foundation.
