Even last year in Fargo, when he had his health challenges, he always had a smile. Chuck was state chairman in Washington for a long time and was a driving force in keeping his region stable and growing. He was a good friend ,” said Duane Morgan, chair of the Junior Olympic Wrestling Committee for USA Wrestling.
