The celebration will be at the Community House in Suquamish, Wash. The address is: Suquamish Community House (House of Awakened Culture) 7235 NE Parkway in Suquamish.

“I hope the entire wrestling community in this state and nationwide will join and help my family celebrate Chuck in a way he would have done for all of us. My family and I look forward to seeing you next Saturday to both cherish the memories we have and provide comfort for my boys and I during this difficult time,” said Sherry Bullard, Chuck’s wife and an active leader within USA Wrestling.

Those who plan on attending from out of town and need information are encouraged to contact Sherry.

Bullard was USA Wrestling’s State Chairperson of the Year in 2009 and made significant contributions to the sport in his state, region and within the national USA Wrestling program. He represented his region on the Junior Olympic Wrestling Committee among many other leadership roles.

“He did it all. He was the epitome of a true volunteer, and was a great friend to wrestling. Chuck was such a genuine person. Even last year in Fargo, when he had his health challenges, he always had a smile. Chuck was state chairman in Washington for a long time and was a driving force in keeping his region stable and growing. He was a good friend ,” said Duane Morgan, chair of the Junior Olympic Wrestling Committee for USA Wrestling.
