Quentin Wright of Penn State lost the first match but came back to beat Mac Lewnes of Cornell twice straight in the 84 kg/185 pound freestyle finals of the University World Team Trials. Wright, a 2009 All-American, redshirted last year. Lewnes was an NCAA runner-up this year. Iowa’s Matt McDonough, an NCAA champion, was among the freestyle winners in the Junior World Team Trials with a victory at 60 kg/132 pounds.
