With the World Grappling Championships set to kick off on Saturday, U.S. Grappling coach Ricardo Liborio is getting his team ready for competition.

Liborio, training out of his facility at American Top Team in Coconut Creek, Fla., held a light practice on Thursday morning to help fine-tune technique and help get the grapplers' weight down.

What did Liborio think of Thursday's practice? Watch his interview here.

2008 Olympic Champion Henry Cejudo was also in the house, getting, of all things, a wrestling workout in following the grappling practice. What does Henry have to say about working out at American Top Team? Watch his interview here.

What exactly in grappling and how do you score it? Assistant National Team Coach Anthony Califano and Philadelphia Fight Factory coach Art Barker explain some simple rules about control and scoring with grappling. Watch that video here.
