COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Feb. 4, 2013) – The Winter 2012-13 issue of VolleyballUSA, the official magazine of USA Volleyball, will reach subscriber mailboxes by the end of this week with topics including expansion of the USAV Girls’ Junior National Championships, maintaining the health of your shoulder and the cover story on past U.S. Olympic Men’s and Women’s Volleyball Team Head Coach Hugh McCutcheon.
The issue is now also available digitally to subscribers and via the iTunes App Store using the username and password found on the print version’s mailing label. To access the digital issue via the Internet, visit http://content.yudu.com/A21i3o/USAVballWinter201213/resources/index.htm.

The Winter 2012-13 issue, which includes 64 pages for the printed edition with eight additional digital-only pages, includes articles on USA Volleyball’s team and individual postseason awards, a parent’s role in advising during the recruiting process, review of the 2012 women’s collegiate volleyball season, a preview of the 2013 men’s collegiate volleyball season and separate conversations with Jake Gibb and Caitlyn Racich. USA Volleyball Chief Executive Officer Doug Beal uses his CEO Message column to discuss coaching our coaches and leadership.
Further, the issue contains a compelling column by junior columnist Emily Podschweit, along with a CAP II article on promoting, respecting and nurturing a love for the sport of volleyball.
