COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (June 10, 2010) – The USA Volleyball Coaching Accreditation Program (CAP) will offer CAP modules at the two upcoming FIVB World League sites at Concord, N.C., and the Chicago suburb of Hoffman Estates, Ill.

There will be two CAP modules offered each of the three days at each site for a total of six modules. Cost is $100 for each day (two modules), $160 for two of the three days (four modules) or $210 for all six modules over the three-day clinic. To register for the Concord clinic, click here. To register for the Hoffman Estates clinic, click here.

“USA Volleyball’s Education Department is committed to presenting coaching education opportunities at a variety of sites and events where coaches may be gathering,” said USA Volleyball Director of Coaching Education Diana Cole. “The 2010 FIVB World League Tournament sites provide such opportunities for attending coaches to increase their knowledge of teaching and coaching the game, while learning more specifically about the game as it is played and coached on an international level. Attending coaches will receive information presented directly from the USA Men’s National Team Staff as well as our experienced CAP cadre members instructing at each site. These CAP Module Clinics are unique opportunities for coaches in these areas to learn more about and get to know the USA Men’s National Team and Staff that may not be available again. We encourage coaches to sign up for the Modules Clinic days and stay on for the matches!”

The U.S. Men’s National Team will play Egypt June 18 and June 19 at Concord, while the Americans host Finland June 25 and June 26 at Hoffman Estates. All four matches will be played at 7 p.m. local time. For more information on the World League schedule and to buy tickets, click here. Match tickets are not included in the price of the CAP modules at the World League sites.
