ANAHEIM, Calif. (March 10, 2008) - Tickets for the 2008 FIVB World League matches being held in the United States are going on sale starting this week. The U.S. Men's National Volleyball Team finished third at the 2007 World League, an exciting elite men's volleyball competition in which the world's best teams are divided into four pools and play for six straight weekends from June 13 to July 20. Winners from each pool will go to the final round on July 23-27 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, along with the host country and a pick from among the second-place teams in pool play. The total World League prize purse is more than $20 million, with the winning team collecting a prize of more than $1 million.

The U.S. World League matches will be the last opportunity to see Team USA live before it leaves for Beijing.

Tickets are on sale now for the U.S. Men's matches against Bulgaria at 7 p.m. (both nights) on June 20-21 at the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates, Ill. Tickets can be purchased at the Sears Centre Arena Box Office, online at www.searscentre.com or by calling the Sears Centre Arena Box Office at (888) SEARSTIX. Ticket prices range from $25-$45.

Tickets will go on sale Tuesday (March 11) for the United States' matches against Spain at 7 p.m. (both nights) on July 11-12 at U.S. Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington, Ill. Premium seats are available for $50 and include a"meet-and-greet"with members of the U.S. team following the match. VIP seats will cost $30. Reserved seats are $20. General admission tickets are $15 and kids' (ages 2-12) general admission tickets are $10.

Finally, tickets will go on sale March 21 for Team USA's matches against Finland at 7 p.m. (both nights) on June 27-28 at the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wis. Tickets will be available at Oneida Casino Ticketstar-www.ticketstaronline.com-or by calling (800) 895-0071.
