CAP I Program and Course Overview
Program Overview:
The CAP I course is open to all coaching and teaching levels to attend, including coaches who have had limited or no formal coaching education courses. All coaches must start with Level I to progress through the CAP Accreditation Program system. CAP I is offered in two formats: Onsite at a specified facility with live cadre instructors or in the home equivalency format which is self-taught and self-paced.
