As an experienced general management executive, Djokovich has driven record sales and profit growth of two high tech companies. Under his leadership, Ramtron International doubled the size of the company in five years while maintaining 50% margins and reducing defect levels to 2 dppm. After inheriting a legacy of losing money, the company generated cash 19 out of 20 quarters at Ramtron, with 80% of sales being exports.

At Advanced Energy Industries, the company grew from $20 million to $400 million in 8 years under Djokovich's leadership. Comfortable in high growth and dynamic environments, Djokovich has the ability to analyze a complex variable set and provide quick and clear direction that leads to continuous improvement and profit enhancement. Building on his experience as an Olympic Athlete, Djokovich has the ability to lead and develop motivated teams that are held accountable to the vision of the company.
